the room is spacious and with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and air conditioner. all of the hotel's staff are very pleasant.

Stayed here for 1 night with my kids, had a pleasant stay. The staff from start to finish were affable and brilliant. The location was great and super - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Royal William Yard. No reason to complain, the hotel met requirements.

The staff were amiable and brilliant, providing helpful explanations about our stay. the room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, electric kettle, and microwave oven. the food was appetising, and the hotel enjoyed an excellent location right in the heart of the city! 😊.

We're incredibly grateful for their assistance! we were impressed with their excellent English language skills. the rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were comfortable, with fresh sheets. the shower was also very nice. the hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and the food was delicious. We highly recommend visiting this place!

Plus, we were upgraded to a premium apartment with a smart TV!

Personally, I found the sofa in the triple room a bit uncomfortable. But hey, everyone has different preferences!
